FLORIDA STATUTES
THIS DEED being made this 3au, day of May, 1978, between PATRICK
J. LANGEL and BARBARA ANN LANGEL, his wife, and JOHN VINCENT LANGEL and
O
DANA L. LANGEL, his wife, hereinafter called grantors, and JOHN M. h
LANGEL and ELIZABETH J. LANGEL, his wife, and PATRICK J. LANGEL and `
BARBARA ANN LANGEL, his wife, and the Post Office Address for tax pur-
poses is Route 1, Box 661, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter called
grantees, and it is the purpose of this deed to vest as tenants in common
the following percentages in each of said grantees, to-wit:
Three-fifths interest in JOHN M. LANGEL and ELIZABETH J. LANGEL,
his wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship; one-fifth interest
in PATRICK J. LANGEL and BARBARA ANN LANGEL, his wi£e, as joint~tenants
with right of survivorship; and one-fifth interest in JOHN VINCENT LANGEL
and DANA L. I,ANGEL, his wife, as joint tenants with right of survivor-
ship, said interest being in the following-described real property in
St. Lucie County~, Florida, the consideration of this transfer being love
and affection between the grantees who are all blood relatives of each
other (JOHN M. LANGEL and ELIZABETH J. LANGEL, his wife, being the natu-
ral parents of the above grantors), and this deed does convey fee simple
title as described herein to said property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
The South 1/2 of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 19k Township 35 South, Range
40 East; Less the West 40 feet thereof for Jenkins Road right of
way, alI of which property contains approximately 4.74 acres net.
And the said Grantors do hereby warrant title to said land and
will defend same against lawful claims of aIl persons.
