ORDER
•This cause coming on before the Court for temporary relief and
the Court having heard the parties and counsel for petitiorier and being
~ fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. That the Court awards possession of the premiszs situate
211 North 40th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, together with the use and
occupancy thereof, to JOYCE M. THOMPSON pending further Order of the Court.
~ 2, That each of the parties is erijoined and restrained from
' any acts of harassment or•embarrassment, each against the other and the
~
~ Wife is directed to release to the Husband any of his personal belongings,

; clothing, 100 ft. coax for CB base and antenna, and three iron end tables,
;
€ and the same shall be made available to the Husband on April 30, 1978 during
h
~
~ the forenoon period unless otherwise amicably arranged between the parties.

~ 3. The parties are Ordered not to fuss or fiqht and upon violation
~
~
~ of this Order by either party, the Sheriff is directed to enforce the provisions
~
~ hereof without further Order or direction.

~ 4. The Husband shall be furnished a copy of this Order by mail
~
~ , to his address given as Box 495, Jensen Beach, Florida.
