the Petitioner's Motion for Enforcement and the Court having given
full consideration to all the testimony and evidence, finds and
determines that the Respondent, GEORGE MURRAY, is currently in
arrears in the amount of $1~100.00 in making child support payment
pursuant to the Final Juagment entered in this cause on May 2, ~
1974. It is th~reupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Respondent, GEORGE MURRAY, is hereby adjudged
to be in contempt of this Court for his failure to pay child sup-
port payments as directed by the aforementioned Final Judgment.
2. The Respondent, GEORGE MURRAY, may purge himself
of contempt by promptly beginning to make the $50.00 per week
child support payments as specified in the aforementioned Fina1
Judgment together with an additional pay~ent of $10.00 per week
to be applied to the aforementioned arrearage. These payments
are to begin on_Friday, April 21, 1978, and shall be payable on
each and every Friday thereafter until such time as the arrearage
has been paid in full, whereupon the payments sr,~ll continue at
$50.00 per week. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, and the sum of $2.00 sha~? be
added to each payment by the Respondent to pay the service charge
of the Clerk. These payments shall be made in cash, tnoney order
or cashiers check.
