THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on the
7th day of April, 1978, upon the Wife's Motion For Contempt and ~
Notice of Hearing and the Court having he~rd the testimony of the
Husband and Wife and the arguement of council, and the Court finding
I'I that the Husband is in willful contempt of this Court's Order dated

~ December 16th, 1977, and the Court being otherwise advised in the
~ premises, it is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED

~ 1. That the Husband, JOSEPH A. BOLDEN, is in arrears in
~ the payment of temporary alimony to the Wife, PATRICE S. BOLDEN, in
~
~ the sum of One HundredFourteen Dollars and Fifty Cents ($114 .50) and
s
~ the Nusband, JOSEPH A. BOLDEN, is in arrears in the payment of temporary
~ attorney's fees and costs of suit in the sum of Eighty-Four pollars and
~
" Fifty Cents ($84.50) to the Wife's attorney, Brad Culverhouse, Esquire.

; 2. That the Husband, JOSEPH A. BOLDEN, is in willful
_ contempt of this Court's Order dated December 16th, 1977, for his
= willful failure to pay in full to his Wife the temporary alimony of
One Hundred and Fifty ($150.00) Dollars on or before January 15, 1978,

- and for his willful failure to pay within ten (10) days of December
