HomeMy WebLinkAbout0929 16th, 1977, the sum of Eighty-Four pollars and Fifty Cents ($84.50) awarded to the Wife as temporary attorney's fees and costs tothe Wife's attorney, Brad Culverhouse, Esquire, and the Husband, JOSEPH A. BOLDEN, is sentenced to be com- mitted to the Saint Lucie County Jail for a period of thirty (30) days and the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County and the several Sheriff's of the State of Florida are Ordered to take JOSEPH A. BOLDEN into custody and to incarcerate him under this Order for the term of sentence aforesaid. The thirty (30) day sen- tence for contempt of Court is suspended upon the express condition that the Husband, JOSEPH A. BOLDEN, shall beginning on Friday, April 14th, 1978, and on the Friday of each week thereafter, pay the sum of Twenty ($20.00) Dollars per week to the Clerk of the Circuit Court together with an additional sum of Two ($2.00) Dollars asa statutory fee to the Clerk, ~ until he shall have paid in full the alimony in arrears. i i ~ ~ 3. That the Wife is awarded reasonable attorney's- s } fees for this Contempt Hearing and costs in the sum of Fifty- ~ ~ ~ - • ' Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($57.50). r € ~ 4. That upon the Husband completely pay'ing the i ~ alimony in arrears, the Husband shall begin making payments ~ on the Friday of the week following the Friday on which he ; ~ pays said alimony in full, in the sum of Twenty ($20.00) ~ - ~ Dollars per week on the Friday of each and every week to r ~ Brad Culverhouse, Esquire, until the Husband shall have paid ~ -0 said attorney the sum of One Hundred and Forty-Two ($142.00) ~ Dollars. The payment of said attorney's fees and costs to ~ a said attorney are a further expresses condition of the sus- ~ pension of the sentence of Contempt. ~ - 5.
