PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The petition of CAROLYN SIRORSKI as the Personal Representative `
of the estate of the above-described decedent respectfully shows:
1. Anthony PelZegrino died intestate, a resident of St.
Lucie Count~, Florida, or~ June 4, 1974. Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on March 4, 1975. .
2. Petitioner has fully administered the estate, has made ~
payment, settlement or other disposition of aZl claims and debts ;
~
that were presented and has paid or made provisions for the payment ~
of a11 expenses of administration. ~
3. Petitioner has obtained and filed with this Court a ~
~
Florida Non-Taxable Certificate, there being no necessity for the ~
filing of a Federal estate tax return.
4. Petitioner files with this petition her final accounting Z
containing a complete report of all receipt.s and disbursements ;

since the commencement of this administration.

5. Petitioner proposes distribution_of the assets of this .
~
estate as follows: One-"half of 'said assets ($404.74) to Salvatore ~
Pellegrino and one-half of said assets- ($404.73) to Angelo Pellegrino. ~

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that after satisfactory proof has ?
been presented that distribution has been made as set forth herein, ~

an order of final discharge be entered.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and that the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
