This cause came before the Court, ex parte, based on the Petition
to Sell Real Property filed herein, and the Court having examined
the deposit receipt contract attached hereto, and marked Exhibit "A",

1. That NORMA COURTNEY, as Personal Representative of the Estate ~
of NATHAN BROWN, Deceased, is hereby authorized to sell the following
described real property:
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 7, RUHLMAN '
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 9, at page 55 of the Public Records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida; ~
pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the deposit receipt
