LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking and rendering void all ,
~ previous Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
~ FIRST: I devise to my beloved sister, EMILY C. WATERS,
of Fort Pierce, Florid a, my entire estate, real, personal or
miaed and I direct that the same be hers, her heirs and assigns ~
forever, providing, however, that the said FMILY C. WAT~SRS be

living at the ti~re of my death. . ;
SECCND: In the event that my aforementioned sister, Islnily
C. Waters, predeceases me, ~hen I devise my entire estate, re~l,
personal or mixed, to my two beloved nephews, namely ROBERT A. ~ ~
WATERS o~' 30 Bc~nney Lane, Dedham, Massachusetts and PAUL A. WATERS
of 10 Clifton Street, Quincy, Massachusetts, they to have in equal
shares, share and share alike.
