This cause having come on for hearing upon the Petition to
Set Aside Aomestead, Election to Take Elective Share, and Petition ~
for Family Allowance filed by the surviving spouse, ORADEAN WILEY,
and after due and proper notice to the interested parties and their
~
respective counsel; the m~tters and facts being stipulated and con-
sented to by the counsel for the respective parties; that the
decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, at the time
. ~
of his death; and the Court being otherwise duly advised upon the ;
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. The Petitioner's, ORADEAN WILEY's, Petition to Set Aside :
~ Homestead be and the same is hereby granted and that at the time of }
~ ~
~ ~ the decedent's death, the decedent owned the following described
~ real property:

Lots 10, ll and 12, LINCOLN PARK N0. 2, Block 8, i
according to the plat thereof on file in the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ;
~
~ 2. The above-described real property and all improvements '
~ thereon constituted the homestead of the decedent within the meaning
~
~ of Section 4 of Article X of the Florida Constitution, and on the
~
~ decedent's death said homestead~property descended to ORADEAN WILEY, _

; surviving spouse.

~ 3. The personal representative is authorized and directed
~ ~
~ to surrender to the decedent's surviving spouse, ORADEAN WILEY, all ~
~ ~

or any part of the above-described property which may be in the

~ possession or control of the personal representative, and that the '

~ personal representative shall have no further responsibility with }
~ ~
respect thereto.
