This matter having come before the Court for hearing on ~
May 3, 1978, on the Motion of the Guardian to deposit the funds of
the ward in the Registry of the Court, notice of this hearing having
been served on all persons entitled to same, and the Court having ~
heard the argument of counsel and being fully advised in the
premises, it is.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that inasmuch as the ward, GLADYS CARRIE
MALL4Y, a/k/a GLADYS CARRIE LEE, has refused to accept the funds
being held on her behalf by the Guardian, and the Court being satis-
£ied that the Guardian has faithfully discharged his duties and has
rendered a complete and accurate final return, ~he Guardian, VINCENT A.
LLOYD, is ordered to depnsit the assets of the ward, that is,
$4,468.78, into the Registry of the Court, and upon filing of a
Receipt acknowledging the deposit of this sum in the Registry of the
Court, the Court shall enter an Order of Final Discharge.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of May, 1978.
