W~iEREAS, DOMENIC DIMAURO was appointed Guardian of the
property of John Anthony DiMauro, a minor, by the undersigned

WHEREAS, the afiove-named Guardian has taken oath, as
required by law, and is entitled to.Letters of Guardianship;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Charles E. Smith , Circuit Judge
in and for the County of St. Lucie, in the State of Florida,
by virtue of the power and authority by law in me vested, do
declare Domenic DiMauro to be duly qualified under the laws
of the State of Florida to act as Guardian of the property

~ of John Anthony DiMauro, a minor, with full power to ask,

~ demand, sue for, recover and receive any assets belonging to

4 the incompetent; to pay the debts of the incompetent, if
~ any, so far as the assets of his Estate will permit and the

~ law direct, and to protect the interests of the incompetent

~ and his Estate according to law, and to render due accounts
~ of his Guardianship.
