Petitioner, as personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. Decedent, JOHN Q. MORRIS, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died November 21, 1976, and letters of ad-
ministration were issued to petitioner on December 7, 1976.
_ 2. Petitioner files with this petition a final ac-
counting containing a complete report of all receipts and~
disbursements since the commencement of administration of this j

estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed in it,
if any .
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by

and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision -
