LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT 1 E 3

WILLIAM G. PADRICK, JR.
I, WILLIAM G. PADRICK, JR., a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind~and memory, do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all former Wills by me at any time made, and intending
hereby to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real or i

personal, of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I
i
may be entitled at the time of my death, wherever the same may be ~
;
~ situated, as follows, to-wit: ~

FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative hereinafter
;

named to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my decease as is pra~ticable. ~~~j

SECOND: I give and devise such of my tangible personal ~

}~roperty to those persons designated in a separate writing in ex- ~
istence at the time of my death, which list is signed by me and ~

which describes.the items and the devisees with reasonable certainty. €
THIRD: If my wife, ELOUISE PADRICK, survives me by thirty i

(30) days, I give and devise to her all stock owned by me in Fort ~
Pierce Gas Co., Inc., being one hundred ninety (190? shares, with .

said stock being left to her on the condition that she cannot sell
dispose of any portion of said stock unless she sells it all,
and that unless and until she sells all the stock, that the stock t
shall always be voted as one unit, with no shares being pledged,
hypothecated, or proxies given therefor unless all shares are so
designated. ;

FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,

whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my
wife, ELOUISE PADRICK, to have and to hold unto herself absolutely "
and forever, provided she survives me by thirty (30) days. In the

event my wife fails to survive me by thirty days, I give, devise #
