(a) The sum of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00)
Dol2ars to my daughter, MARY JANE (MISTY) PADRICK,
it being my wish and desire that she use said bequest

to complete her education.
(b) Al1 shares of Fort Pierce Gas Co., Inc.,
referenced in Paragraph "Third" above, to my son,
WILLIAM G. PADRICK III. as Trustee for himself, BARRY
PADRICK LAIT, CYNTHIA PADRICK McCARTY and MARY JANE i
PADRICK, the terms of which trust shall be that no
. ,
portion of the stock shall be sold unless all of it
is sold, and that it shall be voted as a unit, as set
out in Paragraph "Third" above. Any income derived
from the stock shall be divided equally between t~e
beneficiaries, and should the stock be sold the pro- ;
ceeds~ of the stock shall be equally divided between f
the beneficiaries.
(c) All the rest, residue and remainder of my ;
estate to my children, WZLLIAM G. PADRICK III, BARRY ~
PADRICK LAIT, CYNTHIA PADRICK McCARTY and MARY JANE f

PADRICK, Personal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament,
and I expressly confer upon her power as such Personal Representa- ~
tive to administer my estate, excusing her from giving bond, or
making any returns to any court. I expressly confer upon her full
authority and power to manage, invest and re-invest, to sell and ,
convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale,
with or without notice, as she may deem best, and without any order
of court. I authorize her to make good and sufficient conveyances
to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use
as she may cieem best for the interest of my estate. The powers of
