Last Will and Testament of
WILLIAM G. PADRICK, JR. .

of sale herein conferred upon my Personal Representative are
subject to the restrictions set out above as to the Fort Pierce
Gas Co., Inc. stock. I further hereby expressly confer upon
her the authority and power to borrow money for the use of my
said estate in any instance where she may think it necessary and
proper, and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed or other
form of security to or upon any part of my estate; this she may
do without the order of any court.
If my wife fails to survive.me or if she fails to qualify _
as Personal Representative, I appoint my son, WILLIAM G. PADRICK
III as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament
with the same rights and privileges as my wife would have had if
she had survived me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand and
seal, and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, in the presence of the witnesses named_hereinafter,
on this the /0 ~ day of October, in the year of our Lord, One
I Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven.
