No . 52 as shown on the PLAT of SUNLAND GARDENS , E
said plat having been recorded in the offlce of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce. Florida, on February
6. 1957 , in Plat Book 10, Page ?6.
(2) Said lands were deeded to her jointly with her deceased spouse,
NORMAN S. LAMPERT, by Warranty Deed dated September 6. 1957, and re- ~
corded September 8. 1957 in Deed Book 231 at Pages 315 and 316 of the Public ~
Records of St . Lucie County . Florida . . ~

(3) Her said spouse died on February 9, 1977, whereupon she be- '
ceme the sole owner of said lands by survivorship .
(4). Her said spouae . NORMAN S. LAMPERT , and she were continuously ~
married, without interruption, from the time they acquired said property until ~
the date of death of her said spouse, and since that time she has remained an un- t
remarried widow .
