ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming~on to be heard on May 12, 1978 t~pon the
portions of the Wife's~Counter-Petition herein seeking temporary
relief, and the Court having heard testimony'of the parties and
argument of counsel for the respective parties and being fully ~
advised in the premises, it is therefore ~

- l. That the Wife, Altamese S. Hylick; shall have the t
- care, custody and control.of the minor children, Brenda V. Hylick t

' and Eric S. Hylick, granting to the Husband the right of reason- :

able visitation. ~ {
~ 2. That the Wife, Altamese S. Hylick, with the two minor ~

children, shall have the exclusive use and possession of the marital ~

home located at 2301 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, Florida. ~

. 3. That the Wife, Altamese S. Hylick, shail have the ~

exclusive use and possession of the 1976 Cordova automobile, the ~

26' Allegro motor home and the 1969 Volkswagen automobile. ~

4. Commencing Friday, May 12, 1978 the Husband shall pay
to the Wife the sum of $300 each month as alimony and for the ~

support and maintenance of the two minor children above named.-
~ Each payme~t shall be made to_the Clerk of this Court and by him

remitted promptly to the Wife. ~In addition there is hereby assessed
costs to be added to each a ent made ~
