That certain promissory note of Larry L. M~Iver of even date
~herewith payable to Audrey Z. Haskell. in the amount of $5,680.00
and bearing interest at the rate of 8-1/2 percent per annum,
said principal amount to be payable in four (4) equal annual
installments_of $1,420.00, plus accrued interest, commencing
one (1) year from the date hereof.
