ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT ~
MADE, this
1~ ay of Ma~r 1978, BETWEEN .
THOMAS R. MAIai and SHIRIEY W. MANN, his wife, parties of the first
part, and CHARIES W. MANN ~nd MARY A. MANN%, his wife, pa.rties of
the second part;
WITNESSETEi, that if the said party of the secand part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinaft~r a~entioned on
their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first
part hereby covenants and agree to convey and assure to the said
parties of the second part, in fee simple, cleai of all encumbrances
whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the lot, piece, or parcel
of ground situated in the County of St. Lucie, State oE Florida,
known and described as follows, to-wit;:
~ The East 8 feet of Lot 22 and the West 57 feet of
Lot 23, Block~ "L",~ MARAVILLA ESTATES',- a Subdivisian ~
according to the Plat thereof, rec orded in Plat Book
8, page 77, of the public Records of St. Iucie Caunty,
Florida ;
l and the said parties of Che second part hereby covenant and agree
~ to pay to the said parties of the f£rst part the sum of Thirty-l~ao
Thousand $32 000.00) Dollars, in the manner following :
