Zhat the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration to the sun of
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by -

2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
other matters of record.

4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants _
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.,
a Florida non-profit corporation, the provis.ions of which docuQaents
nm with the land. The Grantee(s) assi~ues the obligations of. a
member of said Property Owner's Association.
