every provision of the foregoins is essential to tlie successful operation and managQ-
ment of tlie Condanin~um property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of

ation has encwnUered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiwn parce2 being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the ~aid Declaration of Covenants r
and Restrictions of the Property Qvners' Association and said Purc}iaser assu~nes the
