MARTiN, • . ~`P„~Ec Hueband MAY I6 12 36 PM'~~ FINAL JUDGMENT '~~i~ DISSOI,UTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came ~n for trial the 16th day of May, 19~8~ and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: ~This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject niatter of this suitt that the~relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriaqe between the parties~is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED ADJUDGLD as follo~ts: 1. DiSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage~between ELIZABETH ANN MARTIN and JAMBS A. MARTIN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are-hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri- mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arisinq therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. ~The separation agreement admitted into evidence is ~ hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to ~ ~ comply with the provisions thereof. ` 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interferinq with, harassinq or annoying, the other. 4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $150.00 to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for her services herein and JAMES A. MARTIN is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with costs herein assessed at $44.00. 5. JURISDiCTiON. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of auch further orders as may be proper, includinq :t ~ the award of custody and child support upon the birth of tY~e minor child of the parties. ~ ~ ~ .
