- This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion for -
Order of Contempt and Request for Mental Health Eva luation of the
Husband, and the parties~being present and counsel of record for
the respective parties having stipulated to the entry of the follow-
ing order and the Court-being fully advised in the premises. It is
thereupon _ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAIa:R, JR.,~shall submit
to psychiatric examination and treatment by DR. FRANK M. TROVATO, ~
518 East Osceola Street,~Stuart, Florida, on Thursday, May 18, 1978
! at 10 o'clock a.m., and for such further examinations as are necessary

` for the psychiatrist to evaluate and diagnose the personality and
~ mental status of the Husband and•file a written report with the Court
~
as to the Husband's psychosis or emotional illness. The Husband
shall be responsible to pay all necessary expenses or charges in and
about this evaluation by DR. FRANK M. TROVATO.
2. The Husband, CI~IRLES JOSEPH BAI~R, JR., shall refrain ~
from visiting or going to the marital home located at 3488 Sunrise
~ Boulevard in Fort Pierce, Florida after 6 p.m. on any day nor shall~ -
~
~
~ he visit said residence while partaking of alcoholic beverages. This
~
~ restriction is for his visitations to be in daylight hours only and
~ _at no time while he is drinking alcoholic beverages. The visitation
of the Husband to the marital home sha 11 not be at mealtimes.
