3. A 11 and singular the sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed t~ render such assistance to the Wife as may be neces=
sary in insuring the Husband's compliance with.this Order without
~
further orders of this Ccurt. In the event of any violation by the
sa id CHARLES~JOS$PH BAI~R, JR., Husband, then all and singulars of
the sheriffs of the State of Florida are directed to take the said
CHARLSS JOSEPH BAKER, JR., Husband, into custody and incarcerate him
and notify the Clerk of the above e ntitled Court and the Honorable
Philip G. Nourse of the incarceration during any scheduled working
day and upon direc.t io~ by the Court to cause the sa id CI~RLES JOSEPH
HAI~R, JR. to appear in person before the Honorable Philip G. Nourse
at the direction of said Court.
