dated the 20th day of October, 1977 and recorded the 28th day of
October, 1977, in 6fficial Records Book 276, Page 1315, of the #

! secure one promissory note, dated the 20th day of October, 1977

; in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS~($30,000.00), _

• encwnbering the property described as follows: `
All that part of.Section 30, Township 34 South, ~
Range 38 East lying South of the South line of
that 150 foot Central and 3outhern Florida Flood
Control District Right of Way as now established.
That the parties hereby acknowledge that the Mortgagor
desires to borrow an additional FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS s

~ . ($15,_000.00) from the Mortgagee, and that in consideration of the
~ aggregate sum named in the promissory note executed of even date
