Vermont,~ 05701, halder of a certain Mortgage given by SHERWIN YOUNG to ~
CLIFFORD YOUNG, bearing the date of March 20, 1978, recorded in Official
Record Book 284, Page 2139, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Caurt of Saint Lucie County, State of Florida, given to secure the swn
of Seventeen 1`housand ($17,000.00) Dollars, evidenced by a certain Note ~
upon the following-described property, siCuate,lying, and being in
Saint Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit: ~
Lot 1, Block 287, Section 1, according to a Plat
thereof in Plat Book 12, ~Page 53, Public Records
of Saint Lucie County, Florida,
has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby acknow-
ledge satisfaction of said mortgage and~hereby directs the Clerk of
the said Court to cancel the same of record.
