AFFIDAVIT OF ELIZABETH MERRITT -

Before me, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared ELIZABETH MERRITT, who after being first duly sworn~ de-
poses and says: . .
1. She is the daughter of David Williams and the step-
daughter of Odessa Williams. ~
2. Her father, David Williams, was also known as Dave ~
Williams and he was the same person as the Dave Williams named
as a grantee in the Warranty Deed dated August 20, 1947, and re-
corded on that date in Deed Book 137, Page 261, public records of
St. Lucie County,~Flarida, conveying the following described -
property:
Lot 6, Block 2, GOLDSMITH-SUBDIVIS~ON
to the City of Fort Pierce, as per
plat thereof in Plat Book 6, Page 49, ~
public records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida.
3. Her step-morher, Odessa Williams, was also known as
Dessie Williams and was the same person as the Dessie Williams
named-as a grantee in the aforementioned Warranty Deed.
4. David Williams and Odessa WilZiams were married to each
other prior to August 20, 1947, and their relationship as husband
and wife continued uninterrup.ted until the death of David Williams
on February 27. 1970, as.more particularly appears from the certi-
fied copy of the death certificate recorded on AP~if 3 , 1978 .

Florida.
~ 5. At the time of David Williams' death, the total value
of his property was less than $15,000.00 and no State Inheritance
~ Tax or Federal Estate Tax is due.
6. Her mother, Odessa Williams, died~without remarrying
W.E.GARY on May 26, 1977, and her estate was administered under the super-
