THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon motion
by the Respondents;-for an Order requiring the return of a 1966 -
Beech Queen Aire Aircraft, Registration Number 95360 and all
contents therein, and at trial, the State of Florida having ,
announced a voluntary dismissal of the Petition For Rule To Show
.Cause, and the~Court being hereby advised in the premises,
it is: -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: ~
That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, be,
and he is hereby, ordered to return a 1966 Beech Queen Aire
Aircraft, Registration Number 95360 and all contents therein,
to Southern LeaSing Company, Inc., and/or Edward S. Thomas,
as President, immediately upon receipt of said~Order.
DONE AND ORDERED this 16th day of May, 1978. . ~
