Begirining at the South corner of B1ock 2, created by
the intersection of Palm Drive and Angle Road, run thence
~Northwesterly along the Easterly boundary of Angle Road,
a distance of 98 feet; therice run Northeasterly parallel
to the line dividinq Lots 10 and 11 of said Block 2, 120
feet to the rear line of said Lot 10; thence run South- ~
easterly along the rear lines of Lots 10 and 9 of said Block
2, 98 feet to the Northerly boundary of.Palm-Drive; thence
run Southwesterly along the Northerly boundary of Palm
