The payments made on.the Respondent's pre-existing ~ i + 4 ~ ! debts out of the proceeds of a mortgage taken out by the parties { ~ ~ ~ ~ on the Petitioner•s Ohio real property came into the trial + ~ ~ ~ i~ on this cause bearing the presumption of a gift and such pre- ~ : ? ~ sumption has not been overcome. ~ , ~ 4. The Respondent, BERNARD F.
