STIPULATION and ORDER
IT IS HERE~Y STIPULATED and AGREED between the counsel
for the parties hereto that plaintiff may amend the Complaint filed
herein by substituting John J. Wilson, M.D. as a party.defendant for
defenciant, C. C. Benton, M.D., and by adding additional counts re-
garding departure from reasonable_standards of inedical care in the
care and treatment of Betty Gene Pride. Counsel further agree
that plaintiff has complied with F.S. ~768.44 in that a medical
mediation panel has.rendered its decision in.this matter. A copy
of the proposed Amended Complaint is attached hereto.
