O.R D E R -
This cause came before the Court on the foregoing
- Stipulation, and upon consideration, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that plaintiff may file an
Amended Complaint, substituting John J. Wilson, M.D. as a party
defendant for defendant, C. C. Bentan, M,D, and by adding addi- -
tional counts concerning departure from reasonable standards of
medical care in the care and~treatment of Betty Gene Pride.
DONE and ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this day of May, 1978.
