4. At all times material hereto, the Defendant, JOffiI J.
WILSON, M.D., was~a physician authorized to practice in the State
of Florida and engaged in the practice of his profession in St. ±
Lucie County, Florida.

5. At all times material hereto,.the Defendant, JOhN J. ~
~1ILSOi~T, M.D., was an employee of the Defendant hospital and was
