COMES NOW the Husband, JOHN N. STEIN, pursuant to Rule 3.20 -
of the Florida Appellate Rules~ and enters this his appeal to the
Fourth District Court of Appeal in and for the State of Florida,
to review ~the final Order of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, bearing the date of the 28th day of April, 1978
and recorded in Official Record Book 286, Page 37 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the final Order dated the_
~ 28th day of April, 1978 and recorded in Official Record Book 286,
Pages 175 and 176 of the public records of St. Lucie County-,

Florida and the final Order dated the Sth day of May, 1978 and
recorded in Official Record Book 286, Page 1101 of the public
j records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The nature of the appeal

i is for denial of continuance based~on the material witness not
~
~ being in the country, Order granting the Wife's attendance to an
accelezated education course and the Order allowing the Wife to
commence.the course in June, 1978 which requires.a greater length
of time for attendance than allowed under the Property Settlement
~ Agreement.
- All parties to said cause are called upon to take notice of
this appeal and the consequences thereof. ~
