CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national bankinq association orqanized and existinq under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
qages") beinq more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortqaqe
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortqage.and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book ~59, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgaqor") to CONTINENTAL
ILI~INOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"j,
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00y and other good and valuabZe
, considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
~ knowledged, does hereby~remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~, discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgaqes unto the Mortqaqor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
tain ortion of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more

This instrument releases said Eondominium Parcel from the lien and
a 3~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortqages.
