DEFINITICNS . ~ ~

E~. Asso~iation means the Florida non-profit corporation, whose ~

C. Ly-Laws means the Ly-Law~ of the Associ~tion ~pe~ified

L`. - Common Eiements meanG the portions of the Condominium

E. Limited Common Elements, means 3nd includes those common

F. Condominium, means that form of ownership of Condominium =

G. Condominium Act, means and refer~ to tne Condominium Act ~

A ssociation from this Condomira~m including, but not limited to, ~
assessments, rentG, profits and revenues on account of the common

purpose. . ~
