K. AsseGsment, means a share of the funds required for the
p~yment of common expenses, mainten3nce fees (for the Interval Cwners)
or any other expenses and/or fees which, from time to time, ~re
assessed against a Unit G~vner. ~
L. Condominium P~ rcel o r Pa rcel mea ns unit, together w ith -
the undivided share in the common elements which are 3ppurten3nt ta the
unit.
.I~/, Condominium Unit or Unit, is a Unit as defined in the
Conoominium Act, referrinq herein to ea~h of the se~rate and identified
units delineated in the F~hibits, and when the context permits, tE~e
Condominium parcel incl~x~es such unit and its share of the common .
- elements appurten~.nt thereto. The physical boundaries of~each unit are
as delineated in the ~hibits as af~redescribed, and are as more p~rticularly
des~ribed in A rticle III of thi~ De~laration.
N. Unit Cwner, or Cwner, means the rerord owner of a
Condominium Par~el or an Interval G~vnership therein.
~ C, Leveloper, means the Florida Corpora.tion whose name
appears at the end of this Declaration as "revelop~r'R; -it~suc~essors
3nd assigns.
P. In~titution3l Mortqages, means a~ank, S'~avings and
Lo3n Association, Insurance Company or Pension Fund authorized to
do bu~iness in the United States of Ameri~a., an Aqency of th~ United
States Government, a real esta.te or mortga,ge investment trust, or a
~ lender generally recognized in the community as an Institution3l type -
lender. The mortgage may be placed through a Mortgage or Title Comp3ny.
Q. . Cccup~nt or resident mean~ the person or persons, in
r~ossession o.f, ~.nd residency in, a unit at that pa rticula r time.
R. Condominium L~ocuments, mean~ this L~eclaration, and all
~hibits annexed hereto, as the same or any part thereof may be amended
from ~irne to time. .
S. Management Firm, means and refers to the entity
identified as th~ Management Firm in the Man3gement Agreement atta,ched
to this L~eclac~tion, its successors and assigns. The Management Firm
shall be. responsible for the management of TURTLE REEF CCNDCMInfILF1VS .
II as provided in the MacLa.gement Aqreement attached to this De~la!~ation
and made a part hereof.
~ T, "MaGter Association" shall mean the TURTLE REEF MASTER
. ASSCCIATICN, a rlorida non-profit Corporation, it~ successors and
