Such vested remainder interest is appurtenant to and shall follow the estate for yea.rs and any attempt to separate the estate for years from the vested remainder shall be null and void. Thus the term Interval Cwnership shall mean the estate for years followed by vested remainder _ in fee simple. IL~ENTIFICATICN CF~UNIT'S The Condominium property consists ~f all units in the bu~ildings and other improvements built a~ set forth in the Exhibits attachPd hereto and for the purpo~e of identification, all units in the buildings lo~ated ~n said Condominium property are identified by number and are so delineated in the Exhibits hereto atta.ched and made a part of this reclaration, N~ unit bears the same number as will any other unit. The aforesaid identify- inq number as to the unit is al~o the identifying number as t~ the C~ndomin- ~ ium parcel. The said Exhibits also c~ntain a survey of the land, graphic description of th~ improvements on which the units and buildings are ~ located, and a plot plan, and, toqether with this reclarati~n, and they are - ~ ~ in sufficient deta.il to identify the ~location, dimensions and size of th~e ~ common elements, and of each unit.
