There is attached hereto a certificate by registered surveyor,
evidencinq that such documents ~orrectly depict and represent such
improvement~ and their locations. See attached Exhibit g.
The aforesaid units, buildings and.unprovements have been ~
constructed substantiaZly in accordance with the Plans and Specifications
and any modifications thereof shall be filed with the Luilding and Zoning
repartment (if required)~ of the applicable governmental autherity. ~
IIII. OWNERSHIP CF CCMMCN ELEMENTS ~
~ Each of the L nit G~vners of the Condominium shall own.an ~
undividecl interest in the common elements, and such undivided interest,
stated as a fraction~l ownership in-the ~aid common elements, shall be
as ~et forth in the Exhibits. '
The fee title to each Condominiwn p~rcel (or Interv~,l Cwnership
therein) shall inctude both tne Condominium unit (or intere~t therein) and
~ the respective undivided interest in the ~ommon elements (collectively the
Condominium ~rcel or interv~.l Cwnershipl, said und~vided intere~t
in the common elements to be deemed to be conveyed or en~umbered with
its respective Condominium unit or Inter~~~ Cwnershio. Any attempt to
separate the fee title to a Condominium unit or Interval Cwnership from
the undi~ided intere~t in the common elements a~purtenant to e3ch unit
shall be null and void.
jl. '~ICTING RIGHTS . .
For e~cn Condominit:m Parcel owned, or in the ~a~e of a Condo-

Cwne rship tnerein, one person (who shall be the Unit Cwner if only one
r~er~on owns the paree? or Interval G~vnership) shall be entitled to vote at
any meeting of the'Association (the voting member). If a parcel not
committed to Interval G1~rnership is owned by more th~n one person, the
owners of said parcel sh~.ll designate one~ of them ~s the voting member,
o r in the case of a co rpo rate owne r, an office r o r em ployee the ?-eof shall
be the voting member. in any case, t~e designa.tion of the votinq member
shall be m~de as provided bp and subject to Q~e provisions and-re~trictions
set forth in the E?y-Laws of the Assoeiation. Any Interval Ownership owned
by more. than one person tor owned by a cor~oration or other entity) sha.ll
be treated in like manner. -
F~.ch Interval Cwner who shall be a voting member is entitled to
the number of vote~ as is determined by multi~lyinq the number of Unit
V~leeks canta.ined within the Interv~.l G~vnership-by the vote expre5sed p~_r
Unit Week for that unit, as ~hou~n in the E~hibit~.
The vote of each voting member shall not be divisible ~nd su~h
vote shall be assigned at the time of ~onveyance.
. Each Interval G~vner who ~hall be a votinq member shall be
entitled to cast his vote at any meeting of the Association reqardless of
w~ether such meeting occurs during ~hi~ Unit Weeks or not. ~ie sh311 be
