HomeMy WebLinkAbout0657 . ~ L~, Each owner~ of Unit ~Weeks in a unit comm itted to Interval Cwnership aqrees: _ ' , (1) To ~y his proportiona.te share of the costs of maintenance an~ repair of all interior and exterior components of said Unit, the cost of maintenance, repair and replacement of all appliances, furniture, carpeting, fixtures, equipment, utensils, and other personal property within said unit constitutinq part of a U nit Week and suct~ ~ther costs of rep-a.ir, maintenance, upkeep and opera.tion of the unit as is necessary to the continued enjoyment~ ~ of sa id unit by all sa id owners of U nit Weeks there in. (2) Not to make, cause or allow to be made, any repairs, modifi- cations, alterations or replacements to the common elements, outside or exterior portion~ of the buil~ings whether w ithin a unit or Pa.rt of the common elements, exterior or interior of his unit, ~r of the furnishings, applian~es, personal property, or decor thereof, without the pri~r written consent ~f the Mana.gement Firm, the Association, and all other owners of U nit il+leeks there in. - ' (3) E~penses of rePairs or .replacement~ to the unit or .its ~omponents, furnishings, .^.arpeting,. appliances or other pa.rt, ^aused ~ by the use or abuse of a particular owner of Unit J~leeks in any unit or any entirety by caid Interval Cwner. ~ _ ~ . (4) The Man~.gement Firm, as long as the Man~.gement Agreement remains in effect, and thereafter, the A ~sociation, shall determ ine tne interior color scheme, decor and furnishings, of each such unit, as well as the proper time for rede^orating and repla~ements thereof. - E. In the event any Unit ~w.ner fails to mainta.in the said unit and ~ommon elements, or parts thereof as required or makes any altera.tions or additions without written consent where required or otherwise vioiate~ or ~ ~ threatens to violate the provisions hereof, the As~ociation, or the Manage- ' ment .Firm, on behalf o~ the Association and on its own behalf, sha.ll have the # right to proceed in a Court of equity for an injunction to seek complian~e ~ : with the provisions hereof. In lieu thereof, and in addition thereto, the Management Firm, as lonq as the Mana.gement A greement remains in effe~t, ~ and thereafter the A ssociation, shall have the riqht to levy an assessment ' aga.inst the Unit Cwner and~the. unit or Interval Cwnership for. such necessary ; w.
