(f) A C~py of the plans and specifications utilized in the con- struction of improvements, in the supplying ~f equipment to the C'~ndominicm, and for the construction and installation of all mechanical components serving the improvements on the site with a certificate and affidavit from the reveloper or h:s agent - or of an architect or enqineer auth~rized to pra.ctice in Fiorida - that such plans and specifications represent to the best of their knowledge and belief the actual plans and spe~ifications utilized in and about khe construction and the improvements ~f the - Condominium and for the construction and insta.llation cf the - mechanical components serving the improvements.
