and an inventory of these prope.rties.
(f) A C~py of the plans and specifications utilized in the con-
struction of improvements, in the supplying ~f equipment to the
C'~ndominicm, and for the construction and installation of all
mechanical components serving the improvements on the site
with a certificate and affidavit from the reveloper or h:s agent -
or of an architect or enqineer auth~rized to pra.ctice in Fiorida -
that such plans and specifications represent to the best of their
knowledge and belief the actual plans and spe~ifications utilized
in and about khe construction and the improvements ~f the
- Condominium and for the construction and insta.llation cf the -
mechanical components serving the improvements.
(g) Insuran^e Policies.
. (h? Any other permits issued by the G~vernment~.l bodies
applicable to the Condominium property and which are ~urrently
in f~rce or were issued within one year pri~r to the date up~n
which the Unit Cwners other than the reveloper to~k control of
the A ssociation. ~ ~
(i) t~lritten warranties of any c~ntractor, 5llb-c~ntractor, ;
~upplier, and manufachxrer that are still effective. '
(J) A roster of the Unit Cwners and tneir addresses and
telephone numbers, if kn~wn, as shawn on the L~e~eloper's
reco rds.

(k) Employment contra~ts in whi~h the Asso~iation is one ~f the
contracting pe.rties. -
~ (1) Servi~e contracts in which the Association is ~ne ~f the
~ contracting parties and service contracts in which the Associati~n
' ~r tr,e Unit Cwners have directly or-indirectly an oblic~.ti~n or -
responsibility to pay some ~or all of the fees or ~harqes of the
person or persons performing the services. ~ ~
