sequent to the first Poard of Administrati~n, ~hall be e'.e~ted at th~ annual
meeting of the membership, for a term ot one (11 year, or until their
successors~shall be elected and shall quallfy. Provislon~ for su~!i election,
and provisions respectfng the removal, disqualification and reGiqnation of
rirectors and for filling vacancies on the L~ire~torate, shall be establishf~d
by the ~y-Laws. ~ ,
Section 2. The princiPa.l Cfficers of the Corporation shall be:

Secretary
~ Treasurer
(the last two Cfficers may be combined), who shall be elected from time to
time, in the manner set forth,in the ~y-Laws adopted by the Corporation. .
A RTICLE VII.
The~ names of the Cfficers who are to serve until the first election
of Cfficers, pursuant to the terms of the reclaration of Condominium and
Py-Laws, are as follows: .
