A R TICL E x.
Amendments to these A rticles of In~orporation may be proposed
by any member or director and shall be adopted in the ~me manner as is
provided for the amendment of the Fy-Laws as set forth in A rticle VIIII
above. S3id amendment(s) shall ~e eifective wh.en a eopy thereof, together -
with an attached certificate of its approval by the membership, se3led ~uith
the Corporate Seal, signed by the Secretary or an A~~sistant ~.,ecretary, and
- executed and acknowledqed by the President or Vice Pre~ident, has been ~
filed with the Secretary of State and all fili~g fees ~aid.

This Corporation shall have all of the powers ~et forth i~ Florida
- Statute E17.021, F. S. 197E,- all of the powers set forth in the Condominium
Act of the State_of Florida, and all powers granted to it b,y the L~e~larati~n
of Condominium and ~xhibits annexed thereto.

There ~shall be no dividends paid to any of the members, n~r shaJ.l t
any pc~,rt of the inc~me of the-corporation be distributed to its Poard of
Administra.tion or Cfficers. In the event there are any ex~e:-s re^eipt~
