The followinq Py-laws shall govern the operation of Turtle Reef
~ - Condominiums I(created by the L'eclaration of Condominium to which these
Py-Law~ are attached) by Turtle Reef C~ndominiums II, Inc.
~ Turtle Reef Cond~miniums II, In~. (-the Associati~n) whi~h is the
C~ndominium Cwners Associatior, f~r TURTLE REEF CCNrCMINILIMS I 3s ~
defined in Ch~pter 718, of the Florida Statutes, is a Florida C~rporati~n n~t
f~r orofit, organized and existing under the laws of the State ~f Fl~?'ida, and
~ _ is responsible ~ar admini~Eering or having administered and m~naged
TURTLE REEF CCNL~CMINTUNS II ~re~ted by the L~eclarati~n ~f C~nd~-
minium to vrhieh these Py-Laws are attached.
Se~tion 1. ~The office ~f the As~~ciation shall be at the C~ndo- :
m inium property, or at such other place as may subsequently be de~igc~a.ted
by the F~ard of Admini~ti-~.tion of the Associ3ti~n.
~ Section 2. .The Seal ~f the C~rp~ra.ti~n shall bear t!~e name of th~
Corporati~n, the word, "Florida", the words, "Corporation n~t for pr~fit",
and the year of incorporation.

Secti~n 3. As used herein, the words, "Cor_porati~n, " ~hall be
the equivalentvf "Association", as defined in the L~e~laration of C~nd~minium
to which theGe Fy-L~ws are att,3~hed 3nd ~hapter 718, Fl~rida StatuteG. ;
All other words, as used herein, sha,~l have the ~ame definition 3s attributed `
to them in the L~eclaration of Cond~minium ~f Turtle ReefCondominiums II
to which these Fy-L~ws 3re att3~hed and/or Chapter ?18, ~Florid~ Statutes.

MEMPERSHIP A NL~ VCTING PRCVISICN~.
. Section 1. Membership in the f~~~ociation shall be limited to
Unit Cwners ~f the Interval Cwnerships in Turtle Reef Condominium II _
wherein this Corporation h~s been desiqnated the~ Association to oper3te 3nd
administer said C~ndominium by virture ~f the reclaration ~f C~ndominium
~ of saici Condominium. Transfer ~f ownPr~~ip, either volunt~ry or by
~pe~.tion of law, sh~ll terminate membership in the A~sociation, and ~.id
membership is to be~ome ve~ted in the transferee. If ownership is vested in .
more than one person, then all of the persons so owning said par~el or Inte*v
Cwnership shall be members eligible to h~ld office, attend meetings, etc., _
but as hereinafter indicated, the t~ote of a parcel or InterE~al G'~avnership shall ~
be ca.st by the "voting member". If ~wnership i~ vested in 3 Corp~ra.ti~n, 5
said Corpo~ation may designa.te as individual officer or employee ~f th~e ~
Corpo~.tion a~ its "votinq member". Notwithstanding the foregoing, each ~
Iaterval Cwner shall-be entitled to r.3st his share of the v~te of the parcel in
which he ~wns his unit weeks as set forth in the L~eclarati~n. ~
