Section 7. Nembership and Votinq Provisions. 9ny voting member
may cast his vote in any matter to come before ttie Association in writing by
mail addressed to the Secretary of the Association, mailed at least f~ur (4)
days prior to the time set for the meetinq at which a vote upon such subject
matter shall come before the Ass~ciation, unless voting on ~uch ~ubject or
matter requires personal attendance ~t 3ny meetinq (as required herein in
the L~eclaration or the Condominium A ct). .

MEETING CF THE MEMBERSHIP
Section 1. Place. All meetings of the Association. membership
shall be held at the Condominium property, or at su~h other p13ce 3nd at
~ such time ~s shall be designated by the Poard of Administration of the Assoc-
- ia.tion and sta.ted in the Notice of the meetinq.
~ Secti~n 2. Notice~. It shall be the duty of the SecreLary to mail a :

Notice by certified mail of each annual or special meetinq, stating the time an -
place thereof, to each unit owner of re~ord at least fourteen (14) but not more :
than thirty (30) days prior to such meeting. Meetings of the Loard of Admin- '
istra.tion and of the Association shall be open to all unit owner~ and, in add-
ition to the notice required to be mailed or delivered, the notice of the meetin
shall, in addition, be posted conspicuously upon the Condominium property at
least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the time set for t'ne meeting =
(except in the .^ase of an emergency). Notice ~f any special meetinq shall #
sta,te the purpose thereof. All Notices shall be mailed Certified Mail to the
addre~s of the unit owner as it appears on the books of the AGsociation. ;

; Se~tion 3. Anm:al Meeting. The annu~.l meeting ~hall be held at z
! 3 o'clock P. N;. Eajtern Standard Time, ~n the first Thursday in June ~f
! each year and shall be for the purposes of electing members of the Board of
~ - Admi~istration (herein called Administrators) whose terms h~ave expired

~ and ~ransa~ting any other business authorized to be tra,nsa.cted by the member
at the annual meeting (includinq, but not limited to consideration of the
~ budget), provided, however; that if that day is a lega.l holiday, the 'meeting
~ shall be held at the same hour on the nsxt secular day following, At the ~
~ annual ~eeting, the members-shall elect Administrators whose terms have
expired and shall transa~t such other business as may properly be brought
before the meetinq.. ~ ;
Section 4. Special Meeting. Special meetinqs of the members for ~
any pur~tie ~r purposes, unless otherwise prescribed by statute, may be ~
called by the President, and shall be ~lled by the President or Secreta.ry at
~ the request, in writing, or a majority of the Poard of A dministration, or at
the reque~t, in writing of voting members representing forty-five (45~e)
~ percent of the member's tota.l votes, which request shall state the ,purpose
or purposes of the proposed meeting. Eusiness transacted at all special
~ meetings shall be confined to the abjects stated in the Ivoti~e thereof.

~ Secti~n 5. ~~~aiver and Consent. V~'henever the vote of inembers ,
~ at a meeting is required or permitted by any provision of these ~y-Law~ t~
~ be ta.ken in connection with any action of the Associa.tion, the meeting and v~te
~ of inembers may be dispensed with if not less than a majority of the members ~
who would have been entitled to vote upon the action if such meeting were
