If any meeting of inembers ^.annot be organized because a quorum of voting members is not present, either in person or by proxy, the meeting may be adjourned from time t~ ~ time until a quorum is present. - ~ , Section 7. Proviso. Se^tion 8. A Qproval or disapproval of a unit Cwner upon any matter, whether or not the subject of an Association meeting, shall be by the voting member; provided, however, that where a unit is owned jointly by a husband and wife, and they have not designated one of them 3s the voting member, the-ir joint approva.l or disapproval shall be required if they are both present, or in the event only one is present, the per~on present may ~ ca.st the vote without establising the c~nvurrence of the ab~ent person. ~ Section 9. The Management Firm, as long as the Man~gement ~ Agreemer~t remains in effect, shall be entitled to Natice ~f all Association meetings, and ~hall be entitled to attend the Ass~cia.tion's meetings, and it ~ may designate ~uch person(s) as it desires to attend su~h meetings on its behalf. Se~tion 10. Minutes of all meetings of unit ~wners and of the goard of Administration shall be i~ept in a businesslike manner and shall be - available for inspection by unit owners and board member~ at all reasonable times. Number, T~rm and Qualifications. The 3ffairs of the Associ3tion shall be governed by a~ard of Administra.tion eomposed of n~t less than three (3) nor more than seven (7) persons, as is determined from time to t'vne by the members. A1~ Administrators shall be members of the A ssociation provided, however, that until one of the events in A rticle III. , .
