~ ~ Section The SecrEtarv. He shall issue notices of all goard of
Admini~tration Meetings and all meetinqs ~f the unit owners; and shall
further be responsible for the postinq of all notices of ineetings as required
herein; he shall attend and keep the Minutes of same; he shall have charge of
all of the A Gs~ciation's books, records and papers, except those kept by the
Treasurer or those kept by the Management Firm pursuant to the Manaqement
Agreement. ~e Assistant Secretary ~hall perform the duties of the ~ecretar
when the Secretary is absent. ~ '

Section 8. The Treasurer. ;
He ~hall have custody of the A ssociation's funds and securities, i
except the funds paya,ble to the Management Firm, as provided in the Manage
ment Aqreement and shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and -
disbursements in books belonqing to the Association, and shall deposit all ~
monies and other valuable effects in the name of and to the credit of the
Asso~iation, in such depositories as may be designa,ted from ti.me to time by _
the ~oard of Admin~stration. The 6ooks shall reflect and.ac~ount for each ~
unit in any manner required by the Condominium A ct. ' ~
(b) He sr.all disburse the funds of the Association as may be
ordered by the Eoard af Administrati~n in a~cordance with these E~y-Laws, ~
making proper vou~hers for such disbursements, and shall render to t~e
President and ~eard of Administration at the regular meetings of the Loard
of Administration, or whenever they may require it, an account of ail of his
transactians as the Treasurer and of the fina.ncial ~condition of the A ssocia.ti~n.
(c) He sh311 collect the assessments and maintenan~e fees and }
shall promptly report the status of ~olle~tions of all delinquencies to the
Eoard of Administration. _ =

(d) He s~,all give status reports to potential tra.nsferees on which ~
reports th~ tra.nsferees may rely.
(e) The Assistant Treasurer shall perform the duties of the
Tr.easurer when the Treasurer is ab~ent.
( fl The Treasurer shall prepare the annual budget unless such is
delega.ted to the Management Firm in the Mana.gement A greement.
Se~tion 9. The duties of the Treasurer and/or the Secreta.ry may
b~ fizlfilled by the Management Firm employed by t~e Associ~.tion, and the
Mana.gement Firm, ask provided in the Manaqement Aqreement, shall ~ave al~
the rights and shall fuYfill all the duties of the Treasurer and the Secretary as
specified in said ~ana.gement Agreement, and shall have custody of such i
books and records of the Association as it determines in its sole discretion ;
necessary to ~erform its duties. ~

FINA NC ES, A SSESSMENTS A NL~ MA INTENANCE FEES ~

Section 1. L`epositories. The funds of the Associa.tion shall be ~
deposited in such banks and depositories as may be determined~ by the '
L~ard of Administration and/or the Management Firm, from time to time ~
upon resolutions approved by the Board of Administration, and sha.il be }
withdra.wn only upon check~ and demands for money signed by.such. Cffi~er ;
~v. R. sco~rr or Cfficers of the Associationa.as may be designated by the ~~ard of {
Administration and/or by the Manaqement Firm (or its duly appointed
agent or employee). Cbliga,tions of the Association shall be signed by at
