Interval Cwnership therein, . due to the~foreclosure of any lie~ for assessments
under the provisions of the Condominium A~t and/or the L~eclaratlon and
Extiibits, to bid any sum upon and/or to acquire tikle to such ~arcel (or
Interval Cwnership therein).
Section 2. Transfer of Units, All Unit Cwners of Cond~minium
pa.rcels or Unit u~eeks shall notify the IVlanagement Firm., so lonq as the
Management Agreement remains in effect, and thereafter the Association .
and/.or the Poard of Administration of any transfer, by sale ~r ~therwise,
of sald parcel or Unit VVeeks within ten (10) days of the date ~f same. Said
~ notice shall include such information and be in the form that the Macra.gement .
Firm, so long as the.Manaqement Agreement remains in effect, and therea.fter
the Association, shall prescribe from time to time. The Manaqement Firm
so long as the Management Agreement remains in effect, and thereafter,
the Association may send all necessa,ry natices to the U nit Cwner shown as ~
Unit Cwner of said pgrcel or Unit V6'eeks, in its records, and said notice
shall be binding upon such U nit Cwner and all his transferee(s) and all Unit
- Gwners until the Management Firm (and thereafter the Association) ha.s been
notified of any chanqe in ownership as provided herein.

AMENL~MENT~ TC THE LY-LAV~'~
~ The Py-Laws may be altered, amended or added to 3t any duly
called meeting of the Unit Cwners, provided:
(a) Notice of the meeting properly mailed and postea as required
by the ~y-Laws sh.a.ll contain a statement of the prop~sed Amendment.
~ (b} If the Amendment has received the unanim~us approval ~f the
full Poard of Administration, then it shall be approved and become effective
upon the affirmative vote of the voting members ~astinq not less than 75~i of
the total votes of the voting members of the A~sociation. ,
.(c) If the Amendment has not been appr~ved by the unanimous v~te
of.the ~~ard of Administrati~n, then the Amendment shall be approved and
become effective~ upon the affirmative vote of the voting members ~asting ~
not less than 90~10 of the total v~teG of the voting members of the Association.
(d) Sa.id Amendment shall be recorded and certified as rzquired
~ , by the Condominium A ct ( if so required).~

~ (e) N~twithstanding the foregoing, these By-Laws may only be
~ amended with the written approval of the pe.rty required to ~o appr~ve, as
t _ specified in the L~eclaration and Exhibits for the period(s) required.

; NCTICES ~
` ~ Vt'hatever Notice~ are required to be sent and/~r p~sted hereunder
su~h shall be delivered or -sent and/~r posted in acc~rdance with t'ne appli-
cable provisions for Notices as set forth in the L`eclaration, the Exhibits
