The termination of ownership of a parcel (or Unit Ul'eek) in the
Condominium shall not relieve or release the Unit Cwner thereof from any, _
' liability or obligation incurred.urider or in any way connected with the Condo-
minium durinq the period of such ownership; or impair any rights or remedies
which the Association, the Loard or the Management Firm may have against
such former Unit Cwner arising aut of or in any w~,y connected with such
ownership and the covenants and obligations incident thereto.

Roberts Rules of Crder (latest editi~n) shall govern the conduct of

Section 1. Protection of Propertv: All liens against a parcel or
Interval Cwnership therein other than f~r m~rtgaqes, ta.xes or specia,l
assessments, shall be satisfied or otherwise removed within thirty (30) days

Condominium Qarcel or Interval Cwnership tt~erein shall be paid before the

will or may affect title to his parcei (or Intervat Cwnership therein) or any
p~.rt of the Condominium praperty, such notice to be given within five (5) days
after the U nit Cwner received notice thereaf.
- Section 4. F~ilure to Comply. Failure to comply with this Arti~le
~ concerning liens will not affect the validity of any judicial s31e.
