A R TICL E X VII.
RUL ES A NL' R EGULA TICNS
Section 1. The Manaqement Firm, as long aG the IV~anagement
Agreement remains i.n effect, and thereafter the Loard of Administration,
may from time to t~me adopt or amend previously adopted Rules and Regu-
lations governir~g the operation, use, mainten3nce, management and control
of the Condominium and/or the common elements thereof and any fa~ilities or
~ services thereof which shall be made available to the Unit Cwners. A copy
~ of the Rules and Regulations adopted from time to ~time as herein pravided
shall from time to time be posted in a c~~spieuous place and/or c~pies of
same shall be fi.irnished each Unit Cwner. ~ -
Section 2. A s to Condominium U nits. The l~anagement Firm as
iong as the Management Agreement remains in effect, and thereafter, the
Foard of Administration, may from time to time adopt or amend previou~ly
adopted Rules and Regulations governing and restricting the use and main-
tenance of the Condominium par~el and/or Interval Cwnerships, provided,
however, that copies of such Rales and Regulations, Frior ~to the time the
sazcie become effective, sha~ll be posted in a conspicuous place on the C~ndo-
minium property and/or copies of same shall be furnished t~ each .Unit Cwner.
Section 3. C~nfli~t. In the event of any conflict between the Rules
and Regulations adopted and as from time t~ time amended, and the Condomin
ium Act, the latter shall prevail. If any unreconciled conflict should exist
_ or hereafter arise with respect to these ~y-Laws and the Management
Agreement or any interpretations thereof, the provisions of the IV~ar~agement
Agreement shal~ prevai~, and as between these Ly-Laws and the L~eclaration,
the provisions ~f the said L~eclaration shall repva.il.
